WHAT WE ARE PLANNING TO DO
The Church’s unique nature, (it’s people and ethos), means we can proactive in the community, offering complementary and different forms of help alongside other organisations. We are committed to:
- offering whole-life skills and care for the individual, family and community
- providing spiritual, moral and ethical direction through our identity as the local Christian community
- enhancing the provision of services and facilities for the community to enjoy and use in various ways
- playing an active part in seeking to improve the life and cohesion of the community, working in partnership with others.
Cabin Lane Church’s vision
To help see this happeny, our vision is to build a Whole-Life Centre. This is focused around Jesus’ words in the Gospel of John (10:10b):
“My purpose is to give life in all its fullness”.
Fullness of life is about a whole life. We aim to help individuals, families and communities develop spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally and thereby to experience life in all its fullness.
THE COST
Cabin Lane Church needs to raise from the church family, applications to trusts and grants, other contributions and loans a total of £1.1 million to complete this project.
We currently have raised: £535,000
